“I have always found Lyndon very accommodating to our training needs. We have had three go through the ROLO course including myself, all us felt that the training was well delivered and industry specific. The training was done in smaller groups, so we all felt like we had a chance to ask questions and take in the information.

With the excavator and dumper training it was again useful to have some one on one training and we felt like we could ask questions and get involved. Lyndon offered us the flexibility to do both excavator and dumper with two of us on the same day, which meant the course was tailored to our needs and less time away from our usual work. Lyndon is patient and understanding and conducts himself in a professional manner on site. Having someone training you who has worked in the industry for many years is invaluable, they understand your job and its day to day challenges and hazards.
